Araya - “Color Palette”

“Color Palette” is an indie-hip hop treasure that perfectly describes what we should be expecting from artists like Araya. With the music scene jumping into more genre bending melodies, songs like “Color Palette” that have initial hip-hop or R&B qualities but still have traits of indie music lingering throughout are beyond good. They’re like a little treat of what you love. Araya’s songs are just that, little treats that you just have to appreciate. His songs like “Gemini,” which is more mellow and slow, still have that feeling of not being defined by just one genre. “Color Palette” is more upbeat and lively, letting you be able to dance around to it. It’s a song you’ll be hearing with your friends in the car and singing at the top of your lungs. A song to kick off the new year.
